I experiment with potato salad a lot. It is different every time I make it. I actually looked up a recipe this time. I found a potato salad recipe that uses bacon.
This recipe is for baked potatoes.
3 large baked potatoes, peeled and cubed
1/2 cup sour cream
1/2 cup mayonnaise
8 slices bacon, cooked and crumbled
2 green onions sliced and chopped
shredded cheddar cheese
pepper
celery salt
garlic powder
paprika
parsley
